Before you book

What is your cancellation policy?

Up to 25 days before departure: free
25 ~ 8 days before departure: 20%
3~7 days before departure: 50%
2 days before departure: 70%
Day before departure: 100%
Day of departure: 100%

NOTES:
* We will wait for a maximum of 90 minutes from the actual arrival time of your flight.  After this time, if you do not show up, this will be considered an on the day cancellation.

How do I pay for my transfer?

We accept credit card payment online at the time of booking. This is processed through the secure, online payments processing agent Stripe.

We also accept payments by bank transfer. In this case, the payment needs to be made withing 3 days of your booking.

Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

If you require a private charter bus for travel with more than one stop please contact our parent company SKYBO JAPAN. Skybo Japan specialises in arranging charter buses for groups with custom itineraries.

Before you travel

How much luggage can we bring?

Please check the details for each type of vehicle during the booking process, as the amount of luggage space varies depending on the size.

Large Bus : 35 people / 35 suitcases or 45 people with only a small amount of luggage.

When & where do we meet at the airport on arrival?

Our staff will be waiting you at your arrival exit with your group name on a signboard. You will be emailed the contact details for the airport meet & greet staff member before your trip departure.

We monitor your flight and if your flight is early or delayed we will pick you up at the actual arrival time of your flight.

After meeting our staff at arrivals you have an optional 30min to:
– visit restrooms
– exchange money
– pick up pre-booked rental wifi routers or phones.

Our staff will then guide your group to the boarding location for the transfer.

Can I change my booking details?

If you need to change your booking details, for example, group size or travel dates, please contact us asap. In most cases, with enough advanced warning, we can accommodate changes (no change fee required). However, in some case vehicles may already be booked out so please let us know as soon as possible.

How long will the transfer take?

Tokyo <-> Narita Airport = 90min (approx.)
Tokyo <-> Haneda Airport = 60min (approx.)

What happens if my flight’s arrival is delayed?

We monitor your flight during the day of arrival using the flight number you provide when booking. If your flight is delayed we will adjust our meeting / transfer time and arrnage it so that we meet you at the airport at the correct time for your arrival.

When & where do we meet for our hotel pickup?

Our bus will arrive at your hotel 15min before your departure time. Please wait in your hotel’s lobby or pickup area at this time.

Some hotels do not have a space large enough for buses to park right at the the hotel. In this case our bus will park as close as possible, usually within 1~2min walk from the hotel.  A map showing the pickup point will be emailed prior to the departure date.
